Helen reflects positively  on the award process and shares insights on how her Trust works to recognise all staff working together with the common goal of continuing to improve patient care and better patient outcomes.   
The UHA visits the Learning Disability Network HQ for NHS England in Leeds, to meet with two of it's founding members who are working to promote the importance of engaging more with people with learning disabilities and autism, employing more people within the NHS with learning disabilities and autism, and learning how to care and treat more people with learning disabilities and autism in the UK.
