- Excellent work ethos in very challenging times for Logistics teams - the team above and beyond their job description, especially in the past 12 months.
- Some great moments of showing proactive leadership in these challenging times in both Team leaders and Assistant Facilities Manager.
- High level of interpersonal skills, such as kindness, empathy, loyalty and thoughtfulness to both staff and patients. Continuation to work as a team at NUH.
- A resilience considering Covid to their role and to the health and wellbeing of their colleagues. This has been lead really well by the Team leaders and Assistant Manager Sam Brailsford - thank you.
