Nominee's story :

Mandy as a band2 is always going above and beyond in her Admin role . She has rearranged our community clinic venues as many of them were taken from us due to Covid, making sure none of or mums miss out on their baby being screened. She has great compassion on the phone ringing parents to make sure and reassure that they will be kept safe and talking them through dates / times / venues to suit them . She has great work ethic, always there to help me with her computer skills. Her telephone manner when ringing out is outstanding . We have jut changed over to Microsoft 365 on our system and she has helped our team with accessing this and putting on icons on front pages. She is always here and ready to work before her start time . She is kind and will help any parent who rings up who finds it difficult to attend the given appointment slot. Mandy is extremely well organised and motivated in her role and ready to do extra when we were struggling with staffing issues. Thanks to Mandy we now have our Didcot and Henley venue back, which now has eased our Wallingford clinic up. She is always willing to help other staff and she has great knowledge in the new-born hearing screen programme. Mandy has been a great support to me as my recent Assistant manager role. As a personnel wellbeing side she has helped with advice to the dog lovers of our team and always is there for a shoulder to cry on when things things don't go as planned with members of the team, especially in these covid challenging times . This would be a well deserved Award for Mandy to let her know she is recognised highly as a great Admin assistant in our team.
