Nominee's story :
Traci continues to show an exceptional work ethic, regularly going above and beyond her job description. Traci is the ward administrator of our most busy ward, Malcolm Faulk including ICA, and always maintains a happy 'can do' attitude. Traci excels in all areas of her role, is dependable, innovative and proactive, and can often be seen beyond her contractual hours. Her output of work is remarkable and always of a high standard. Her IT skills continue to be immensely helpful in the use of varying new communication methods for patient appointments and staff meetings as a result of Covid19. Traci has been instrumental in streamlining our CPA processes, which has resulted in savings not only in monetary terms in respect of paper/ink, but also in time for our professional colleagues, freeing them from administrative duties so they have more time to care. Traci continues to update this process by listening to colleagues, incorporating compliance standards relevant to this area and is always careful to ensure her direct colleagues are kept well informed of changes. It is a pleasure to have Traci as a member of the administrative team at Ravenswood House.
