Nominators Answer

Nominee's story :

I Nominate Nice Oomen because he of his kindness and sincerity which is very important in health sector.During the covid crisis he would make sure our ward has got enough and adequate PPE kits for each and every shift. He used to maintain the cleanliness of the ward in an effective way which is very hard to maintain during a pandemic as the hospital is flooded with many cases. Before going home he used to make sure are we short of any equipments and used to order and make sure that we have everything in place. The way he deals with patients is irreplaceable and ensures safety of patients in each and every field
