Nominee's story :
I would like to nominate Elaine White who is a volunteer on the Clinical Assessment Unit at Rochdale Infirmary. elain has volunteered 190 hours of her time on the unit since March 2023. Elaine has quickly become an important member of the team, supporting the unit every Wednesday. Elaine supports not only patients but relatives and staff are rewarded with her kindness. Elaine is friendly, warm and shows kindness every shift she works. The team and I cannot thank Elaine enough for all she does for our patients and the team and hope that she can be recognised for the dedication and commitment that she has shown.
