Nominee's story :

Rachael has worked within in her current role since 2018 but has been within the trust for over 20 years, she has always shone brightly, however over the last 12 months she has shown great leadership with us having two new admin assistance, she is approachable, kind and nothing is ever to much trouble, not only for the nursing staff of 6+ but our patients, are patient suffer with a although benign condition, it is very life debilitating and we work hard as a team to build therapeutic relationships, at times Rachael is the firsts port of call, she is calm and is very experienced and aware of how to direct queries to the correct MDT member. We are nominating her, because she is an absolute super star not only is she amazing at her Job, she is a fun loving person, who often keeps morale up within the team, she arranges all are social events/including our charity events with Crohn's & Colitis UK. Rachael is dedicated to the service, she is always dependable and there is never a point of contact where she does not go above and beyond, are patient only get the biologic drugs in a timely manner secondary to Rachael dedication, her time keeping is impeccable however there are times when she comes in early to ensure that all is running smoothly in relation to the rest of the admin team.
