Nominators Answer
Nominee's story :
Everyone in the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing team works incredibly hard under
difficult circumstances, especially evident over the past few years, to ensure the best
possible service is provided to all our service users. Our admin team is no exception to this.
If anything, I would say our admin team holds a pivotal role in ensuring that our service
functions as efficiently as possible.
This nomination is in recognition of how they are valued by both our service users and all of
us, their colleagues. They are always helpful, supportive, enthusiastic, accommodating,
anticipate clinicians needs, remember the preferences and idiosyncrasies of both clients and
staff members and try to accommodate them the best they can. They work incredibly hard
to support both those of us who work in the office but also those who work remotely and
go above and beyond what is expected of them every single day. They all individually and
collectively embody the organisational values; they work collaboratively with
staff and service users, they seek to deliver excellence, they hold themselves with integrity
and show such kindness and compassion to all involved.
The admin team is a true example of how effective teamwork makes a difference.
Its not only that they do a great job, but the way that they do it.
At an individual level they are all such lovely humans.
At a service level they ensure delivery of high quality service by ensuring staff members are supported
and service users are heard and validated, going above and beyond when needed.
At an organisational level they are the face of our service and great ambassadors for the
Trust values. They strive for excellence, work collaboratively with service
users and staff members, support people to ensure a good service is delivered with integrity and respect for everyone, and everything they do is underpinned by compassion and compassion.
