Nominee's story :

The UHN Digital Training and Engagement Team pride ourselves in being a well known approachable supportive team at both Northampton and Kettering General Hospitals. We aim to ensure that effective training is delivered to all staff. This will support excellent care to our patients being provided using clinical systems and digital skills. We commit to provide training that is accessible to all, using a variety of methods to suit learning styles, using innovative solutions, supporting all staff in the Trust on our Digital Journey” • Committed to deliver excellent, high quality training through flexible, innovative learning solutions • Dedicated to support and empower colleagues on their digital journey • Inspiring staff to embrace digital for the benefit of themselves, patients and their colleagues We are committed to providing inclusive training and cater for all learning styles Since April 2023 we became one team covering providing clinical systems and digital skills training across two hospitals. We dedicate ourselves to our staff to ensure staff are confident in using digital to assist with providing excellent patient care. We have implemented a Digital Academy across the group. The Digital Academy is a one stop shop for all our staff clinical system and digital training needs. They work extremely and go above and beyond to support. We are responsible for all digital communications and engagement too. We coordinate a digital champions forum that meet monthly to provide a two way communication for our staff.
