Nominee's story :
Gladys has worked in the Dermatology Department for the past two years. Her work ethic is amazing. in all the time she has been here, I have never seen her be anything but calm and kind to all our patients. No matter that some are rude to her, she remains polite and will always try to help. And if for some reason she cannot, she will ask the patient to wait, and will find a member of the nursing team to help. Gladys does not come under the Dermatology, she has remained part of the Admin team at the main Hospital, but you would never know this, as part of her charm, is making sure she is part of the team. She is a big part of our team and we hate it when she is on holiday. we are so lucky to have her work here.
