Nominators Answer

Nominee's story :

This Administration team has pulled together, to produce outstanding work, over the past year. They have reduce waiting times, reduces Referral to Treatment Times, and are managing this in the most professional manner. There have been some huge changes - in processes, in management, with staff, new projects and more, over the last year, but this team have handled all of this with panache and style. And through it all, the patients are always placed front and center. Our Clinicians and Management are always complimentary, on the efforts our admin staff put in to keep their clinics running, smoothly, and up to date. There is no better team, that can change direction, at a moments notice to make changes, if there is an unexpected problem, such as a snow day, a rail strike or an unexpected road closure, and a clinic needs to be changed, or rebooked, but still kept within breach dates.
