Nominators Answer

Nominee's story :

Carly is a ray of sunshine. She coordinates the administration for the Community Nutrition and Dietetics Service in Barnsley seamlessly. She always put the patients at the centre of all she does, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, kindness and empathy, towards patients and staff alike. She works independently and diligently, escalating any concerns or problems when appropriate. Carly is super hardworking yet always has a smile on her face; she is hugely appreciated by all of us in the team. Being open to change and able to suggest how amendments could be made to current processes to make things better and/or more efficient is another of Carly's strengths. Her sunny disposition is a joy in the workplace and we are grateful for all she does.
