Julie Feist is an advanced medical receptionist at Medway Community Healthcare in Kent. She is considered to be a caring individual who shares food with patients and gives them money to buy little things they need.

Julie, who is not a clinician, has also recently saved a patient’s life when they suffered from a drug overdose. After the incident, Julie made sure that the patient received appropriate treatment to help in the long term. Julie’s story is an amazing example of what non-medical staff can encounter day to day in a hospital environment.
